    Located in the popular "Golden Triangle" of Annecy on the 5th floor of a quiet residence. It offers an amazing view of the mountains and the rising sun (East).

    You can fully enjoy:
    - The main room with an equipped kitchen and a dining area (bar type) open to the living room, a 140cm convertible sofa for 2 people, TV and WIFI.
    - The bedroom with a 140 bed, storage and desk.
    - The contemporary bathroom with bathtub and WC.

    Equipment: cooking plate; fridge Freezer ; coffee maker (bosh - tassimo); combi oven; washing machine ; dishwasher ; TV; WIFI.

    Subsoil private parking (place 31) is at your disposal in the neighbouring residence (without direct connection to the apartment).

    Pets are not accepted.
