Allure - 2 bedroom apartment with balcony in the centre of Annecy

Located in the centre of Annecy, Rue de la Poste, 2 steps from the train station and close to all shops, 500m from Lac d'Annecy, the Théâtre Bonlieu.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot!

In a historic building, discover a charming apartment, completely renovated ideal for 4 people, 1 large living room with access to the balcony, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet .
The quiet of your nights will be ensured by double glazing. The accommodation is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has air conditioning.

The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm (Double) and the second with 2 single beds.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine Nespresso.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high-speed WiFi.
Linen will be provided for your stay.

🅿️The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 3 minutes walk from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay (2 car parks nearby: Gare et La Poste less than 100 m).
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Long weekend in Annecey

Lovely appartement with a fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance. The elevator was small, but good. Nice restaurants and shops close by. Lovely beds

Fantastic Spot

Great location; two minutes from the train station. Five minute walk to the center of old town where all of the activities and restaurants are. For us, the most important thing was that it was a very comfortable apartment (with ac in each room with separate temperature control) with beds that had super soft sheets, comfortable mattresses and great pillows. All of which made for a great nights sleep to feel well rested to explore the town. All of the amenities that we would look for were supplied! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Misses the touches of home

Our stay at this property was perfectly adequate. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner was much appreciated during the hot days of summer. However, the apartment has the feeling of being run by a company, not a person who really cares for it. The supply closet, and under the kitchen sink were full and messy. The only toiletries offered were small bottles of cheap hotel shampoo - make sure you bring your own hand soap, shower gel, etc and be prepared to purchase more toilet paper and dishwashing soap as these were in short supply. There are only small shelves and flimsy hangers in each room – there’s really no place to unpack, so if you are traveling for a long time and have lots of things, you’ll be living out of a suitcase. But the apartment itself has huge potential and comments have been submitted to the owner, so hopefully some of these things will be looked after.

Très satisfaits de l'appartement Allure à Annecy, rue de la poste. Très confortable. Nous recommandons la chambre sur cour pour une nuit au calme. Lits très confortables, appartement joliment décoré. Le service rendu de la réservation au check-out a été impeccable. Maxime qui nous a accueillis était présent au rdv à l'heure convenue. Contact très facile.
