4. Please reset the thermostat to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. If your unit has a fireplace, please turn it off. 5. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6. Close/lock windows, turn off lights, and lock the front door (access code will deactivate 15 minutes after check-out time).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place

This play did really great for us. We were there to visit grandkids and it had enough room to have everyone over and spend time with family, have nap time for small ones, etc. It worked great and is in a quiet little neighborhood. We were able to quickly get to metro stations and grocery stores are close as well.

We loved this house for our Washington DC family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and multiple areas to relax after long days of walking. Easy drive to the metro park and ride. Close to a grocery store and good restaurants. Parking onsite was so nice!! Unfortunately it was too hot to use the porch but it was very nice looking! Would love to come back and stay again!!

Our family and extended family stayed here while we were all in town for my father in laws funeral at Arlington. Suited our needs. Enough beds and bedrooms. Communication with the host was excellent!

The house was perfect for us. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The large dining room table accommodated us with plenty of room to spare. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was a very enjoyable stay.

We were in town for a family wedding and the property was perfect for our group. Lots of room, furnished with everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very prompt and great to work with.

Good overall

It was good overall but lacking compared to others I’ve had. No tv in any bedroom, mattresses were very poor quality, lawn wasn’t kept, patio furniture was dirty, back door and basement had spiders and ants, towel rack in bathroom and shower rod were about to fall off the wall. It served its purpose and could have been much worse. So it was good just not great with room for improvement.

A well-organized home sleeping 10. Nicely designed with everything we need for our stay and no superfluous items to add to clutter. Lots of thought went into creating the spaces and furnishing them with all that we needed and anticipating things we’d need. Made our trip just that much more enjoyable.

Post thanksgiving get together

We had a nice stay. The house was roomy, very clean. The kitchen was well stoked with nice glasses, cooking utensils, olive oil and spices. We had plenty of room. The room off the kitchen had a nice fire place. The driveway easily handled three vehicles. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We were not far from restaurants and shopping. The trip to DC was a breeze. Emily, the host, was very punctual with help and responses. I would highly recommend staying here. In fact, we will come back here when we visit the the area.
