"Exceptionally clean, it actually appeared to be new. My only issue was the breakfast because the ‘hot’ items were cool at best. However there was a fairly good variety of cold options such as bananas, pre-packaged muffins 2 flavors) and cold cereal. Several beverages including orange, apple and grapefruit juice in a dispenser as well as coffee. There was also a waffle maker. Very nice set-up and would have easily been a 5 star across the board if the hot bar was actually hot."

"Quint little place away from a bunch people with excellent views of the river. Very peaceful and the host is great. If you stay just beware of the friendly dog that comes around.... the first morning I opened the front door to see an unexpected large hairy dog and it startled me as I wasn't expecting it but he is friendly "
