The responsible renter MUST be 25 years of age or over and anyone under 25 MUST be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
No loud late noise after 10pm
and the house MUST be looked after and left tidy.
Failure to adhere to our terms and house rules will result in large fees.

This property is managed locally with the manager Jaymie living in in area, The manager will be available should you have any questions during your stay.

Birubi Beach is located at Anna Bay. Birubi is the northern most section of the `Golden Bight` — a huge expanse of beach which extends from Stockton near Newcastle to Port Stephens.

The beach itself is accessed at the end of James Patterson Street, Anna Bay and is one of the gateways for 4-wheel drive vehicles to the famous Worimi Conservation Lands

With some of the best surfing on the east coast, great dining, walking tracks four-wheel driving and just a stone`s throw from so many great experiences Birubi is a truly magnificent destination.

Leave the car at home and take a short stroll across the dunes to enjoy the pristine sand and curling waves of Birubi Beach. Take another direction and find yourself in the village where you can pick grab a coffee, enjoy a pub meal and pick up local produce for a great BBQ by the pool.
A maximum of 8 guests are allowed to enter these premises at any time. A visitor request form is required for any person(s) who may enter the property during your stay. Approval must be sought within 48 hours of your commencing. Failure to comply will result in your stay being terminated.

One pet may stay at the property at any time in external areas only (i.e.) enclosed garden. Approval is required ahead of booking.
