"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
If I hadn't already paid for the room i would just have left.

"Das Zimmer war gut, das Frühstück sehr gut, das Personal war hilfsbereit und nett.
Eher schlecht war der Wellness Bereich:
die Sauna hat immer mal wieder die Temperatur verloren, die Duschen haben nicht gut funktioniert, eine war nur kalt, die andere nur warm, teilweise sogar zu heiß und es sollte ein Hinweis angebracht werden, dass die Dusche aktiv abgestellt werden muss, es war öfter der Fall, dass sie gelaufen ist, ohne das jemand geduscht hat.
Gefehlt hat eine Kopfstütze in der Sauna, eine...

"Äußerst freundlicher Empfang in einem kernsanierten, modernen Hotel. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, bieten Stauraum sind und gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute und frische Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Lediglich die Honigwabe ist eher unpraktisch und zeitaufwendig.
