"Clean room, no complaints here however, on my 5th day of my 7 day break i had a call from receptionist telling me that its checkout time?? This disturbed me a lot. I went down to show the m my booking and all the said oh yes we have found it now. No apologies or nothing. Rude staff except for the odd one or two. English nearly non existent. Great location and at a push i would stay there again as now i know what to expect!!"

"Yes yes yes. Great service! Really nice staff! The room was quite big and had a nice cosy balcony. 10 minutes walk from beach and 15 minutes from the bar-street. Definitely try the restaurant at the first floor. Unbelievable food! Absolutely perfect! The staff were so helpful! Will definitely come back."

"Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back."

"Our first room had mold on the wall and the room was also very dirty all around, after 1 night we got a second room but had to pay 20€. Our room was only cleaned once during our 12 day stay and that was also only because we asked for it and even then they just flipped our bedsheets to the other side and didnt even bother to sweep the floors or change new towels for us. The positive things about this hotel is the very helpful and kind reception workers who were all very nice to us during our stay, its a shame the cleaning is lacking so badly and the rooms are outdated. Otherwise this would be a great and affordable hotel."
