"Oda güzeldi check in sırasında ki resepsiyon iyiydi bize güzel bir oda verdi ama check in den önce resespsiyonu aradığımızda başka bir resepsiyon vardı kendisinin üslubu hiç iyi değildi ve kendisi bize hiç iyi davranmadı kalan herşey iyiydi"

"Clean room, no complaints here however, on my 5th day of my 7 day break i had a call from receptionist telling me that its checkout time?? This disturbed me a lot. I went down to show the m my booking and all the said oh yes we have found it now. No apologies or nothing. Rude staff except for the odd one or two. English nearly non existent. Great location and at a push i would stay there again as now i know what to expect!!"

Definitely try the restaurant at the first floor. Unbelievable food! Absolutely perfect! The staff were so helpful! Will definitely come back."

"This stay made our trip. An Oasis within the castle walls, it was a great retreat from the city below. Breakfast was so delicious , the view superb, especially at sunrise and the staff was so kind and personable. We extended our stay we loved it so much. Highly recommend! "

"Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back."
