"The reason we chose this hotel is because it claims “Self-parking included” on the Expedia booking site. During checkin, the receptionist, a gentleman, told us the onsite parking lot was full and we could park at Central park garage which is a couple of blocks away, the hotel would stamp the parking ticket and the cost would be paid by the hotel. We parked our rental car at the Central parking garage and the gentleman stempted the ticket for us. However, during checkout next morning, another receptionist who is a lady, insisted that we must pay $10 for parking. Because we were in hurry to go to a scheduled event. I didn’t have time to talk to their manager and I paid $10. If the lady is right, then the “Self-parking included” is a false claim. "

"The staff, especially Sylvia, was friendly and helpful. She gave good recommendations for restaurants. She also helped to arrange for a good tour and the taxi for leaving by the port. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the pedestrian ways in the city enter, albeit uphill. Of course, that means it is downhill back to the hotel.😄"

"The staff were amazing. Very nice and kind. The breakfast was good. The beds were a little hard. Really good taverna restaurant nearby with traditional food. Great location to rent a car and walk from the airport to. Easy. Great stay for an airport transition to or from Heraklion. Quiet room despite being next to airport. "

"This resort is stunning. Unfortunately, we were stuck with 3 days of cold, wind and rain while we were there, so didn't even get to fully enjoy it in its entirety. Even still, we had a wonderful time. Our room was beautiful with a pool view and private hot tub on our balcony. The biggest highlight to us was the FOOD!! Rarely do we walk away from an all-inclusive resort raving about the food, but by far, the best food we've ever had at a resort. Delicious meals with plenty of options. Drinks were also wonderfully made! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Our whirlpool sea view room was beautiful, comfortable, and had stunning views. The hotel was spotless throughout and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The staff were exceptional so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made our stay extra special. The food was delicious with a fantastic selection available at every meal. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended we will definitely be back!"

"It was an excellent and relaxing stay, my top were probably food (huge variety of vegetarian dishes, every day something new and different, excellent à la carte restaurants and food by the beach during the day) The staff deserves a huge applause for their top hospitality friendliness and attitude. Very comfortable room and beautiful surroundings, in my opinion better than the neighboring resorts. Overall very comfortable stay. If I have to say something negative it’s maybe that I’d love it to be an adult only hotel since kids were running everywhere, so definitely more family friendly than a relaxing couple stay, but you cannot satisfy everyone :) anyway I’d definitely come back "
