"Jaipur Haveli was a dream! Vikram and his family were wonderful hosts. We were there over Holi and they included all guests in their celebration - it was fantastic! The breakfast everyday was filling and delicious, the bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked really well. Would recommend anyone stay here that wants a true Pink City experience! "

Property manager responded but was drunk and did not understand my questions in local language. I was refused clean towels upon asking on to consecutive days."

"Amazing property. I went with my family to spend some quality relaxing time and I was not at all disappointed. Locations is great, service is fantastic, staff is great and manager Manjit is spot on. "Apartment was not clean or maintained. Kitchen was dirty, provided pans were not cleaned well, kitchen sink was covered in rust. Living room was dusty and carpet was filthy. "We had an amazing stay at the Padmaa with hospitality and service at par with the best of the best hotels! The manager, Mr.Yudhishtir’s soothing presence made our stay memorable! The entire staff, Mr.Raj at the front desk, Rohit and Sachin at dining, Puja…all deserve 5/5 for their attentive service. The chef, Mr.Sanjay, cooked delicious meals, everything we tried was mouth watering! The beet root kebabs are a must try! The rooms were luxurious with charming common areas to sit in. Being an old Haveli, it is situated in the bylanes of the busy Johari market and was a peaceful haven from the chaos outside. They operate an e-rickshaw to drop and pick up guests from the main road, the tuktuk drivers were very helpful with ensuring we got into our cabs. A beautifully restored property with charm and grace, the Padmaa was an unforgettable experience! The staff make it truly outstanding! "
