House in a prime location (Balneário area), very close to the centre of Angra. 500m from Praia do Anil - the stage for the city's main events, and 1km from Cais de Sta Luzia - with tourism agencies/nautical tours. Close to supermarket (300m), bus station, car hire (350m), restaurants, squares, shops, Piratas Shopping Mall and historical centre. Quiet and family-friendly area. House attached to mine, with independent entrance and total privacy. Comfortable and safe. ⚠️ No garage!!! There are usually parking spaces on the street in front or parallel. Newly renovated house with 2 suites (1 with air conditioning), kitchen, living room, balcony and service area. It has 2 single beds, 1 single pull-out bed, 1 king-size double bed and 1 sofa bed. It has 2 fans (floor and upright), kitchen utensils, basic appliances (mini-fridge, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, sandwich maker, camping stove, single-burner induction cooktop, thermos), bath towels and clean bed linens. No washing machine. There are nearby laundromats with good prices. It has a portable barbecue grill, cooler and 2 beach chairs. Access is via a small staircase. Safe with key at the gate. Guests can enjoy the entire space, which is an annex to my house, but with a separate entrance and total privacy. The street can be seen from the kitchen and living room windows. The entrance is through a side gate. After entering, there is a small staircase leading to the house. The key 🔑 is kept inside a small safe at the gate (self-check-in), opened with a password, which is given to the guest after booking, as soon as it expires and the cancellation period ends. Angra is a city of beautiful landscapes, between the sea and the Atlantic Forest, with 365 islands. If your intention is to enjoy the beaches and boat trips, your stay will be better on sunnier days. Getting around by taxi, Uber, or 99 is easy. The circular bus (city centre to Balneário) stops practically in front of the house. The walk from the area (Balneário) to the city centre is 1km.
