  • We welcome you to this beautiful T3 located on the 3rd floor completely renovated of 60m2 without lift, in the heart of Angers, bright and full of charm.

    It is disinfected after each rental.

    Independent internet box and Wifi fibre optic.
    Secure bicycle parking in the backyard, covered and with electrical socket.
    Digicode and keys available for entry and exit at any time. (possibility of 2 sets of keys)

    Each bedroom is independent and locks... As well as the living room with its sofa bed.
    In each of the bedrooms a 160/200 bed, high quality mattress and bed base and the 160/200 sofa in the living room.

Angers visit

The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the decor was pleasant. We were able tp prepare our own meals for the entire stay. It was a perfect place to stay.

The apartment is spacious and clean and convenient to the old town sites. There are multiple stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. The only thing I would say is that this apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues as it is on the 3rd floor with not lift. Also the apartment has no A/C so it can get hot on hot days but there are fans to keep the air moving. We were happy to stay there otherwise. I recommend this place and would stay there again if I were in the area.
