On the Ground Floor* A fully equipped modern kitchen, open to a living room with an invisible TV, perfect for your relaxation evenings.* A room with a washing machine for added convenience.* An independent toilet* A charming independent courtyard at the back, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in complete privacy. Bedrooms* On the 1st floor: a comfortable room equipped with a double sofa bed (140x90) with a bathroom including a bathtub.* On the 2nd floor: a large bright room with a double bed and an adjoining shower room. Location* 5 minutes walk from Angers train station, for easy and quick access to transport.* Close to shops and the city centre.Included:* Free WiFi* Bed linen, household linen, and towels* Cleaning (upon your departure, we will ask you to gather sheets/towels, tidy your dishes, and take out the rubbish).
