This house combines elegance and comfort, with a modern decor blending wood, white, and vegetation, for a warm and pleasant stay.



On the Ground Floor

A fully equipped modern kitchen, open to a living room with an invisible TV, perfect for your relaxation evenings.

A room with a washing machine for added convenience.

An independent toilet

A charming independent courtyard at the back, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in complete privacy.



Bedrooms

On the 1st floor: a comfortable room equipped with a double sofa bed (140x90) with a bathroom including a bathtub.

On the 2nd floor: a large bright room with a double bed and an adjoining shower room.

5 minutes walk from Angers train station, for easy and quick access to transport.

Close to shops and the city centre.

Séjour dans une maison très sympa et très bien bien équipée, bien située et Angers est une très jolie ville ainsi que tous ses alentours bien équipés pour de nombreuses balades en vélo.
