Rose Holidays offers you this beautifully renovated apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, in the heart of Angers city centre. An ideal location to do everything on foot!

The studio consists of:



From a living room, bathed in light and equipped with a comfortable 140 sofa bed, a desk, and a TV.

The apartment has a separate room for the fully equipped kitchen: kettle, electric hobs, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker.



From a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, a washbasin with storage unit, a hairdryer and a toilet.



You will be able to park your vehicle in the surrounding streets, or in the paid car park at Place Imbach (2 minutes walk).



The residence, calm and secure, is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in the heart of Angers.
