A nice hotel... the rooms are great size and beds are nice. Very close to the entertainment district but enough away so not so noisy. Staff is very nice and accommodating... overall I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others visiting also.

It was great to be back at Winds Hotel after an extended time not staying there. Winds remains a great place to stay and great value. The staff, facilities, presentation,facilities and the rooms themselves make it a pleasure to stay there.

This is a convenient and safe stay in Angeles! The suites are very spacious and clean. The staff and service is very friendly and accommodating. We were able to request a quote for private transportation to a nearby town. The hotel itself is very quiet and in a convenient location. You can walk to many convenient stores, banks, and restaurants. We felt very safe here. I recommend this stay for anyone visiting Angeles City.

Amazing location to stay. Receptionists and staff were very helpful and friendly. Like the fact that hotel was away from all the noise created from tourists, loud music, and constant movement by people in the walking street. Staff consistently asked if you needed any additional services like cleaning your room and a day. I will highly recommend this place to anyone because of convenience and comfort, friendly staff, and area not being located exactly where traffic and noise exists.

The entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the room did not fit the description/pictures on the website. It appeared to be dated compared to the rooms pictured on the website. Maybe it is scheduled for a remodel. The bed was hard, even with a topper on it.

The room was large and clean. There were no windows, but the glass door made up for it. There were enough surfaces to put our things on. The arrangement of the bathroom is quite strange, with the shower only separated by a clear glass partition and the person showering can be visible from the room. The pool was ok, but quite deep and steep. The staff were friendly. Parking was available on a 1st come 1st serve basis by the street, but a guard is available. Location is walking distance to several pubs, dining establishments and what looks like a red light district. But the street itself is quiet and peaceful.
