Everything about the property was very spacious - from the rooms to the general areas. Fixtures were modern and clean, but the dining options were extremely limited (including in-room dining which stopped at 9pm). The pool was nothing to write home about, and the casino was rather boring (and this is coming from a non-gambler). The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the property as a whole was drab, dull and lifeless.

Our stay was great. However, there was a cockroach found on the floor. :) take note that this was in a suite room. Also, pls add more staff in the midori resto to check the food being served to the guests. There had been a lot of empty food when we had our breakfast.

Always a great experience to be here.
This is our nth time of staying in Midori and we will keep on coming back despite the many new hotels in the area. Service is great. People are friendly. The pool is warm which we enjoyed our night swimming. Everywhere you look, it’s clean. Can’t wait to be back.

Love the room! It was fabulous! The breakfast ala carte was not so great.. Cafe Midori was the worst! We went there Dec 31 to have our new year’s eve dinner. There was only one other table with guest but we were made to wait for an hour for our food order!!! They tried to placate us with free salad and cold soup but it didn’t work! The cantonese dim sum platter we ordered did not have the selection mentioned in the menu! Really disappointing new year’s eve dinner ever!

i had a very disappointing experience with the lady who check me in Nov. 3, 2019 @ 10pm .. is like blaming me for booking it late! coz there system cant see my reservation. booked the room 5 hours prior to my arrival.decided to stay in midori for couple hours to rest. coz i have a morning flight back to US the next day. that lady took at least 20 minutes of my time explaining and showing her my reservation. “ so tired that day” she ask 12k pesos for assurance that if ever i dont have a reservation they have atleast secured money to charge for. so shameful! i told her that im a frequent guest here. and i even told to her to check my name and yet she’s still act like a boss. she really piss me off because she only gave me 1 bfast tab even tho’ the room i reserved is for two! she’s something. never experience this in any 5 star hotel that i’ve been. feel so embarrassed because who would go to a 5 star hotel w/o reservation? forgot her name but i know exactly her features: Tall skinny light skin short hair with a braces ‘i think*

I like the big rooms, not a fun of the room color and design it's a little dark for me. But the people are all so respectful and nice. I just wish they act a little professional when they are all together. I don't mind I'm a Filipino but how about the other nationality. It does not sound nice when they talk to each other about there personal life. And joking at each other when they are in a group with their co worker. Midori ,I believed is promoting class let's just show it to all, hospitality I have no complain. More power!

I never played the casino but the hotel is everything you could ever want and expect in a high class hotel. The room and the view was exemplary. Attention to detail was paid to in every aspect of our stay. Customer service was professional and courteous. The restaurant was lovely and the food delicious. Amenities like a spa onsite was more than welcoming. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Pro’s: Rooms are big enough to accommodate 2 persons. The separate bath tub and shower in the balcony is unique! The cleanliness around the area is commendable. Con’s: Rooms with single beds are literally for single person only. It took an hour for them to deliver an ice bucket in our hotel room. Our hotel comfort room has no bidet. Over-all, it was a pleasant stay! Will definitely book it again!

Superb hotel
The breakfast food selection is fantastic. There is variety of dishes to choose from. Just had a bit problem with the TV & remote control in the room and the loud banging on the door but overall, a good place to stay.

Highly recommended!
The hotel was amazing, although the parking was a bit difficult. Our room was upgraded (thank you hotels.com!), and it was sublime! There was a well-maintained playground for my toddler, and the swimming pool was equally impressive. Truly a world class hotel, and my family and I greatly enjoyed our stay there. We will surely book again, no doubt about it. 😊

Spacious rooms, very clean, friendly staff and most of all, their free breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet costs $18 but free for all the guests for 2 per room. It's a 5 star hotel but you pay only a fraction of the cost of other 5 star hotels in Manila. Definitely will be back when we come back to the Philippines.

Hotel looks fantastic however front desk did not resolve my complaint about the flooding on the shower room. It’s very disappointing a beautiful hotel with very nice staff to have very poor shower room condition. Bath towels are also little worn out.

Good Stay.
Breakfast is the only area that needs improvement, a lot of selection but the taste is just not great.

Great breakfast.
Nice room. excellent breakfast. The selection in the buffet is top class. The only downside is the design of the bathroom. It is partially open. It's fine if you're a couple but with friends or colleagues, there's not enough privacy.
