Essentially angry that she could not do the cleaning since we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Frankly, with a bit of kindness one can go a long way especially with how you speak to your guests. If there was ever an issue, it could have been communicated in a more appropriate matter. Besides that, the other staff were very kind, helpful and professional. "
