Great place! Room very comfortable, private bathroom and shared kitchen. The owner lives in site very friendly and made excellent Mexican dishes. Will definitely be back!

A lovely hotel for those looking for a taste of history. I wish I’d know in advance it was a much older hotel with two taps one for hot and one for cold that don’t mix in the sink, and very springy beds. Great if you like super firm. The room didn’t have much of a window, it looked out to the alley/ wall and no light but was very warm despite Dunedin’s cold.
