Owner/staff is very friendly and helpful. The 2 units we stayed at were clean and plenty of amenities. Also the kitchen is convenient if you want to cook your meal. Happy with our stay and will not hesitate to stay here again if we're back in invercargill.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean and was serviced during our stay! Everything we needed was here and there was a great outdoor chess board to occupy us!!

The property was lovely and well presented but the atitude of management when issues were raised was arrogant and uncaring. Kitchen was advertised as a full working kitchen and it was anything but. No equipment and management said as stuff gets stolen they refused to replace it. It shouldnt have been advertised as a fully equipped if this was the case. and when the hot water failed to operate and we had cold showers management did not apologize, offer any alternatives, but simply shrugged it with a comment we have gas it never happened before and did nothing. we found their lack of apathy, quite disappointing and it let down the facility. We felt undervalued and not appreciated or supported with a arrogant take it or leave it attitude.

Sorry your stay did not meet expectations but I feel the need to respond to some of the stuff raised.Firstly we do care about our customers and the great majority of our feedback would indicate that. Secondly we do have an issue with anything being left in the kitchen going missing but we do have everything people ,may want at the reception which they can borrow and there is no charge for that. Thirdly when you said about the hot water I said I would come and check it but you said no because you thought it was working again. I explained that the water is heated by gas and does not ever run out and you then seemed happy. I am unsure what the problem could have been as the gas heats all the water for all the units and you were the only people who said there was no hot water. I did not apologise because I did not know what I was going to apologise for. We certainly dont have a take it or leave it attitude and work hard to keep our customers happy.

I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a motel unit that was immaculately clean and newly decorated. It was quiet, comfortable and had cooking facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly. All in all a fabulous stay. Thank you!

We stayed in the “cabin” it was well equipped with the only thing not provided being towels. Close to kitchen/bathroom/laundry building. It was raining and was nice to have a small covered porch with cafe table and chairs.

We normally check all our rooms after the cleaners have finished before we let guests in but this obviously didn't happen on this occasion for some reason. We pride our selves for our clean Units so can only apologize. Glad you had a good sleep.

Inv Top 10 Holiday Park was as expected- clean, good facilities, helpful staff. The unit smelt a little musty upon entry- easily righted. You really need wheels to get to places from there.

We have a variety of accommodation types and it is important that people read the room descriptions before booking. The reason is so we can offer rooms for the various budgets people are wanting to spend. But thanks for the feedback

The entire Invercargill was booked out with a conference, so we ended up staying here. The rooms myself and my colleague had shared bathroom/showers etc, which in reality, dident bother me in the end. The rooms were very clean and warm, as were the showers etc
