Lake living at its best: Amazing views, deep water with a perfect location steps from the shoreline and for you Tiger fans this property is ten minutes from Clemson. Waterfront point lots that are this close to the water are extremely rare. This house is only a very short ride from Clemson Marina and the Walker Course. This spacious open concept home includes 5 private bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and a huge deck with fantastic views. The views from the indoor and outdoor living spaces which overlook the water are simply breathtaking. This new construction property includes a private boat dock, pool table, basement bar and upscale game room. The house sits in a cove that is great for a multitude of water sports as well as fishing and swimming adventures. A two person kayak and paddle board are available to enjoy. Previous renters have commented on the wonderful neighborhood, beauty of the house, the amazing porch, incredible sunsets from the dock, spectacular views and its easy proximity to Clemson, shopping and restaurants. The house is beautiful and a perfect fit for 4 couples. We were visiting our daughters at Clemson and our stay was fantastic. The house has two large dining room tables which fit all of us. It was very well appointed and close to campus. Would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing. From the views of the lake to the “feel at home” ambiance of every room; we were so happy to be there. The layout of the kitchen and all its workspace made it a great place to prepare meals and the dining room and kitchen tables made it a great place to enjoy eating. It was very well stocked too. Bathrooms were clean and beautiful. All bedrooms were comfortable and clean. And what a fun lower level! The screened-in porch and outside seating was enjoyed each day. We appreciated the kayak and floats and sunsets on the dock were amazing. You have a great home and we so enjoyed our stay. We’d love to come back.

Great spot for an extended stay

All ages enjoyed our family vacation at this wonderful house. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements, easy drive to Seneca or Clemson for activities, and hosts were amazing at responding to questions. Favorite house activities included exploring the lake and the multiple games of Golden Tee played daily. No one wanted to leave!

We loved all this house had to offer. The lake, paddle board, kayak, and just sitting on the dock for beautiful sunsets was great. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit, basement game room, loads of hangout space inside and out and the big kitchen eating areas. Would definitely come again.

Perfect stay to be Clemson move-in ready!

This truly is the Perfect Lake Hartwell Getaway for any occasion. For us, it was the perfect property for three families to enjoy our last few days with our kids before they moved in to their dorms at Clemson. The property had plenty of space for relaxing, planning, celebrating and a bed for everyone. Very clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again!

The best

I cannot love this house enough! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon during the spring or summer. The house is fabulous-nobody wanted to leave. Pictures are very accurate. Everything we needed for our large family was there! Every bedroom was a dream.the layout was perfect for families with still so much room to sneak off from the group for a bit. Lake Hartwell

We loved our stay. The home was beautiful, just like in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. Games were fun, especially PacMan, used the kayak and paddle board, swimming most of the day, kitchen had everything we needed, watched Olympics on tv, sat outdoors, enjoyed swing on dock watching sunsets. Our family of three generations thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Perfect place for a large group of friends or family to gather. Tons of space to spread out - but still enjoy time together. Clean and inviting - just as the photos show. Family retreat for Clemson graduation

The property is close to Clemson, very well furnished, and clean! There was plenty of room for 17 people to gather for meals and very spacious bedroom suites for 12 overnight guests. The game room entertained all the kids from 16 to 76! I would definitely stay here again when we have a large group.

Really great VRBO for this year's Football Weekend! The main floor kitchen/dining/great room was all perfect for our crowd and plenty of counter space for all the food we enjoyed throughout our stay. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautifully maintained and exceptionally spacious lake house! It was the perfect setting to celebrate a mini family reunion, a birthday, and an early Father’s Day—all in one peaceful and relaxing week.The home easily accommodated our group of 13 with plenty of comfortable seating, fantastic water pressure, and some of the most restful beds we’ve experienced in a rental. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from a fully stocked coffee bar and fresh linens to a washer/dryer, kayak, paddleboard, and a fire pit for cozy evenings.The private dock was a huge bonus, making it easy to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis. The setting was serene, quiet, and felt incredibly safe—like a true home away from home.The owner was responsive, organized, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We typically vacation on the ocean or sound, but this lakefront experience may have changed that for good. Highly recommended—you won’t regret booking this one!

Great place, great people!

Our family gathers 3 generations from across the Southeast each year, and this year at Serenity Point was one of the best. Lots of room outside and in to gather together, and lots of quiet corners to get away to as well. The porches are amazing, the water is beautiful, the kitchen was good for our serious cooks, and the beds and baths were great. September was a wonderful time at the lake with not-quite-so-hot temps, but still-warm water, and a lot fewer people. The owners are so informative and pleasant. A great trip all around - highly recommend.
