"Didn’t eat breakfast. Hot tub was hot. Room was clean but bathroom was very unsatisfactory. Room 411. Toilet was stained. Sink stopper was closed and woul not release. Tub drain was so slow it was up to my ankles. WiFi was very slow on the 4th floor. Price was reasonable and I would stay again. A 120v outlet in the parking lot would be attractive for EV drivers!!"

"Rented 2 rooms for a 3 day stay. One room was missing a trash can, the microwave that was stated in the description that came with the room, and a towel bar near the tub. It wasn't a big deal, the other room we rented had all of these, so we shared a microwave and hung the towels on the hook on the bathroom door. The rooms were very clean; the bed linens and towels were clean and crisp. The beds were comfortable and they offered tv and internet. It was very quiet, very peaceful, the staff was pleasant and cheerful. Overall, we had a very pleasant weekend getaway. "

"Everything was perfect beds and pillows very comfortable and room was super clean. Ground Coffee machine was awesome . Breakfast was hot and plentiful choices. Stafff front desk and breakfast area super friendly and pleasant . Pool is very nice and there is an outdoor lounge area with fireplace stones that is lovely .will definitely stay again"

"Great central location to the College and Cooperstown All Star village if you're a baseball family. Walking distance to to downtown Oneonta and less than 10 min drive to All Stars village. "

"The house is not kept well/ major septic problem. On our first night, after we showered the house began to smell like raw sewage.I had put my daughter to bed in the bedroom below the bathroom and she woke up in the middle of the night nauseous and complaining of the odor in her room, it smelled like raw sewage.I contacted the owner and he did call me the next day to say he would come check it out/ drive 4 hours up in the afternoon. ( I assume he was planning to come after work) only after I complained to VRBO that this is a health hazard/ requires a plumber (not do it yourself issue) did he call to say a plumber would come.He did address the issue and it turned out the cesspool pump was not working at all.When we came back, the sewage odor was gone but the whole house smelled like febreeze. Strong fragrance. Although the sewage issue was addressed, it was a very disgusting experience. Overall, the house is not well maintained. It is very dusty, smells like febreeze, warped floors, peeling paint, doors and windows are difficult to open and close (not aligned.) I had mentioned not being able to close the window to the owner and he said I had to maneuver the window in a certain way to shut it. Same issue with the porch door, had to lift the door for the lock to align. The owner was pleasant and the location convenient to CASV but I would not recommend staying here bc of the condition of the house. "

"We were only in town for a night for a wedding in Hartwick and this place was perfect. Hotels were crazy expensive with baseball season going on with most asking for 2 night minimums, so this ended up being way more affordable and comfortable. Super close to restaurants, shopping, and the college campuses. We had a nice lunch at the Autumn Cafe. The house was very clean, with A/C in every room, comfy beds, and a large bathroom with a washer/dryer. Loved the little porch. We weren’t there long enough to take advantage of the BBQ and corn hole but it was nice to have the option. everything was as described, and appreciated the host sending instructions well ahead of our arrival. Would definitely stay here again!"
