In a quiet and green area, the detached house with garden will offer you a quiet stay and close to all the necessary daily amenities. The sleeping area is separate with the 3 bright and very cool bedrooms in summer. The day area is open and includes the living room and equipped kitchen. As for the garden which surrounds the house, it is equipped with a terrace and a board for your meals. Also an outdoor lounge is ideal for relaxing in the shade or in the sun depending on your tastes.
The plus: The beach is 10 minutes away on foot.
And everything is within walking distance, the bakery, small supermarket, fishmonger, wine merchant, florist, pizzeria, greengrocer, bike rental.

For bike enthusiasts, the cycle paths are 100m away and offer you access to the network throughout the area, a real pleasure
