Abel was terrific in responding to a heating problem we had when we first got here, and he responded very quickly. One thing of note - this unit is upstairs with no elevator. ..."

"The bed was so close to the wall you could barely get out of bed. Hit my ankle on air conditioner trying. The pillows were terrible hard and way to big. Toilet almost overflowed on first flush. I am booked to stay again tonight. I certainly hope we get a better room"
