It is immaculate, quiet, and has a lovely, somewhat rustic, location with an amazing view. Close to hiking trails and the perfect starting point for heading south to the Kenai Peninsula, Seward, Homer etc. or north to Denali as you are only a few miles from the main highway heading North or South.

The entire private space is all yours.

Your own deck and access to the shared back patio with fire pit if you’d like.

Totally available anytime... love to answer questions and provide suggestions.

Somewhat rustic, rural. Secluded feel, but close to grocery and restaurants. Wildlife is sighted often.

Car is needed.

- If you use the kitchen, please clean up any spills and splatter you create while cooking and place your used plates & silverware into the dishwasher.
Please hand wash any larger items, such as pots and pans.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Please treat this home as if it was your own
~ Please do not take bath towels, pillows, cushions outside.
- At the end of your stay, please make sure all windows are closed and locked and all outside doors are closed and locked.
~PLEASE make sure power and all lights are off before leaving.
