We were only there for about 7 hours so we didn’t use the kitchen or anything. The beds were comfortable. It was pretty warm upstairs but there was a fan we could use that helped immensely. I would stay there again!

The location was great. It was easy to get to shopping, day trips, and was a quiet safe neighborhood. House was comfortable and had lots of dishes. Could use more utensils. I went to Walmart and bought forks, dish towels, and hand towels. Still need pot holders as there were none.

Good Value - Good Stay

Clean, quiet condo in south Anchorage. Could use some updating and minor maintenance, but over-all a good place to stay in Anchorage. Would definitely stay here again.

House was just right. Our family stayed for 5 days. Great location. Nice Neighborhood and area. The house was clean. Owners were easy to communicate with. Easy to gain access. We had a great stay. Got to see some moose in the neighborhood as well!

Great location; Dated Property; Nice Stay

Though the property was dated, some cabinet door hinges in the kitchen were broken, and the stove top was damaged but still working (host shared that new stove is on the way) the property was in a great location and suitable for a stay. It is an end-unit which is nice. The property is close to Campbell Creek Trail good for walks and fishing in the creek or pond. Also close to stores and downtown Anchorage.

This property is in such a wonderful location to easily access many different types of activities in Anchorage. The check-in process was very simple, allowing my elderly mother to arrive hours earlier than we did and still easily access the property. Access to Campbell Creek Trail is very close which is perfect for a morning jog or an evening walk. Safe, quiet, lovely neighborhood.
