The property is excellent--3 nice bedrooms plus a spacious living room and kitchen. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. The location is great for easy access to shopping within Anchorage, and the highway is only a few minutes away.

Great Place!

We spent 3 nights here and found everything to be excellent! The home has a well stocked kitchen to cook most of our meals there. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Anchorage.

I was visiting family in Anchorage and found this home very comfortable and perfect for our visit. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The owner/manager was responsive without being intrusive. I travel to Anchorage a couple times a year and plan to rent again!

Quiet neighbor hood with little traffic. House is comfortable. One bathroom and three bedrooms on a hallway allows good separation from the living room/kitchen/dining room end of house. Kitchen is well appointed. TVs available but did not use. Very comfortable beds.

Great little house

Great little place for the Anchorage portion of our Alaskan adventure. Nowhere was further than 15 or so minutes away. It was tidy and dust free. Took a star away for some expired and suspect condiments left in the fridge from previous guests and because I had to fix the ice maker that was completely frozen solid. Also, while the location was great, the neighborhood itself has its issues, mostly that one of the bedrooms overlooks the neighbors pile of stuff and an old car. But my son and FIL got to fish at the small lake and my son enjoyed the playground that's there as well. The only reason we wouldn't stay again is we realized we are a 2 bathroom group.

Christmas stay

I came up from Washington to be with family for Christmas and we needed a bigger place for us to have Christmas dinner. We had no real issues. The only issue we had was people across the street parked in the street making the clearance very tight. The host offered to talk to them and ask them not to park there but i didn't want to bother with it. Other than that there were no issues. Hosts were very good about communication, plenty of space. Id recommended it

Anchorage stay for airport access

House was as described and the host was responsive to any inquiries. I would say some more living room furnishings would be nice- coffee table and another end table and maybe a floor or table lamp. Sitting with 4 adults there is a limited space to put glasses etc. ( one end table).Kitchen was adequate but we didn’t prepare meals there - could use a dish drainer for hand washing and another kitchen hand towel. The biggest negative for me personally -out of our party for 4 -was 3 plug in air fresheners. The living area had a very heavy floral air freshener scent that really bothered me when we first arrived. I eventually located them and unplugged but the smell still persisted. It was really overwhelming. We didn’t use the grill or fire pit- we weren’t planning on it but the lawn was pretty long and overgrown- but it’s been rainy so that could be why it wasn’t mowed perhaps? The house was clean, beds comfortable.

This house is located near everything to enjoy the anchorage area. The house has a older foundation but everything is pretty modern inside. We enjoyed the fenced in background, no views but its fairly private & spacious. the neighborhood looks out dated but its very quiet and seems safe. It is a great price for what you get!PS Believe the hype about the mattress & pillow probably the comfiest set we've ever used!
