Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. Great property stocked with everything you need and things you didn't realize you needed until they were in front of you. Clean, 10 minute drive to downtown. Great host and communication. Highly recommend.

This is a beautifully appointed little suite! It was very comfortable and had everything I needed- cozy furniture, coffee, snacks including breakfast oatmeal, toiletries, and lovely towels and linens. The walk-in shower had good water pressure and everything was very clean and fresh. I’d stay here again every chance I could! Many thanks to the hostess 😊

This stay was absolutely fabulous. It was the definition of home away from home! We arrived to amazing little chocolates left by the host and even a pantry of snacks. Will definitely be staying here again if its available during my trips.

Beautiful fully supplied lower level of home. Everything you could ask for and close to shopping in a nice area of anchorage. Room darkening blinds some with remote controls. Power recliner and power control bed for different head and foot positions. It was perfect in every way!!
