- Newly remodeled, 5+ star-energy-rated unit in a quiet neighborhood. Campbell Creek greenbelt trails are one block away for runners and cyclists. Private entrance with covered walkway and parking just a few steps away. Accessible by individualized door code provided a few days before check-in.
Property is just 15 minutes from hiking/camping in the Chugach mountains, half hour from Alyeska Ski Resort, and 4 hours from the entrance to Denali Park. Within a 5 minute drive from several of Anchorage's craft distilleries and breweries and excellent restaurants.
The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, and and in-unit washer & dryer. Living room has a full-size foldout sofa for additional guests. Only a 10-minute drive to the airport.
Smart lock keyless entry; personalized code will be provided a few days before check-in.
