The stay was great! Easy to get to the property and perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was one of the better ones we have seen and even decided to cook while here. The propery is shared but we didnt have any issues and it was quite peaceful the entire time.

The property was very good but not designed for 3 adults each needing separate beds as one had to sleep on a blow up mattress. The single bed was also very soft. Would be better advertised as 2 separate singles in 1 bedroom or a 2nd double bed for a maximum of 4 people.

It’s so nice to cook our meals since my wife has so many food allergies. Love the washer and dryer and they included laundry detergent as well. Room was clean and quiet, much more quiet than a typical hotel room.

Great place, highly recommended

We loved this place. The location is very convenient, close to the airport, shopping and other places you would visit. The apartment is remodeled with a modern feel and is very well stocked with everything you would need. My only callout would be that it states that it sleeps 6 which seems like a little stretch since there is only a queen bed in the master and a twin bed in the second bedroom. Overall it worked out great for our family of four.

Wonderful place that is centrally located to just about everything in Anchorage. Just one slight issue with the common hallway shared with another apartment, the outside door which needs to have a closer on it to keep the door from slamming shut.

Like a 5-star hotel in central Anchorage

What a modern and beautiful property. I was in Anchorage on business and found this gem in a convenient part of the city. Everything was superb and ultra-clean. Although I didn't cook (it was just me) the kitchen had everything one would need. I liked the double entry for security. The neighborhood was quiet, and about 10 minutes from downtown and the restaurants and stores along Spenard. Highly recommended!

Overall the place was clean and bright. Just a few issues with delayed owner response ans we never received check in email or code. We happened to catch the cleaning lady who let us in or we would have had to wait hours before the owner finally called back. The original description stated 2 rooms with 2 queen beds,there was nothing about one of them being an air mattress. For a one night stay we made it work but we would not book again due to the issues we experienced on this stay.

Perfect for our stay in between cruise & national parks

The location was conveniently located 10 mins from ANC & downtown where there are lots of food options. We needed a stopover after our cruise which dropped us off at ANC then headed to Denali the following day. Space is updated and very modern and clean. Nice well-equipped kitchen which we didn’t use at all. Note one of the rooms cited a queen bed + twin bed, which was a big reason for booking but it’s actually a queen blow-up mattress which a couple might not love but was fine for my girls. Comms was easy and the host very responsive even sending in check in instructions early which I really appreciated. It’s annoying when you have to chase down the host because they don’t send until the day of check in. Also all essentials like wifi details & other information are posted on the wall because that’s all the kids care about.

Anchorage leg of Alaska

Property very clean and check in was super easy! Although it was small, it was very comfortable and clean. We did know ahead of time that it was not a big property and that wasn’t a problem. We liked the new and modern vibe in the living area. The problem came in with a number of beds. It advertised sleeps six. There was a queen size bed in one bedroom, a small couch (not long enough to sleep on) in the living room and a twin bed in the second bedroom. I had been very clear when applying for the space that we had 4 adults, even including our names. When checking in, the problem was noticed and they offered to set up a second queen size bed utilizing a “blowup mattress” in the bedroom with the twin bed. The “blowup mattress” was not in any of the original posting. Not comfortable.
