Welcome to our charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in the heart of downtown Anchorage! Our cozy home is perfect for up to 6 guests looking to explore all that Anchorage has to offer. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and includes comfortable bedding for King Beds (pull out sofa is served as an additional sleeping space). Kitchen is fully stocked and we offer coffee pods for your mornings.

Our home is conveniently located just steps away from Anchorage's best park, Lagoon and trails.



The Space:

The property is fully furnished and features a warm and inviting decor that will make you feel right at home. As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that features a comfortable sofa (sleeping 2) and a large flat-screen TV above the fireplace. The living room also has a dining area with a table and chairs that can comfortably seat up to six guests.



The property features two spacious bedrooms, each of which is equipped with comfortable King beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings.



The property's bathroom is modern and fully equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and all the necessary amenities, including towels, shampoo, and soap.



The property's kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Whether you're planning to cook a full meal or just heat up leftovers, you'll find everything you need in our kitchen. We also offer Kcups for your morning routines :)



Our property also features a washer and dryer, which are available for guests to use during their stay. This is especially useful for guests who are staying for an extended period and need to do laundry.

Property has only a few small stairs inside the home for an easy & safe access.



The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive from downtown Anchorage. There are plenty of local restaurants and shops in the area, as well as several parks and hiking trails that are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

Guest Access:

There is a driveway on the alleyway. Parking is on the right hand side and you can park underneath the carport. The door has a door code on it for 24 hour check in and check out



The Neighborhood:

South Addition is one of Anchorages most desirable downtown neighborhoods. You will be walks away from the most beautiful Lagoon and trails as well as a small boutique grocery store.

A quick 2-min drive will take you to the Heart of Downtown with all the shopping & dining. Anchorage is a foodie town - feel free to ask us for any recommendations. :)



Getting Around:

There is Taxi service, ride share, and car rentals available during your stay in Anchorage



Other Things to Note:

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
