"Konum avantajı dışında diğer imkanlar çok zayıftı. Kahvaltı çok vasat altıydı, genel ürün seçimleri kötüydü ve yeşillikler temiz değildi. Oda havalandırması çok azdı. Teras katında otelde konaklayanların dışındaki insanların da kullanabildiği kahveci güvenlik açısından önemli bir eksiklik, yalıtımın zayıf olmasından dolayı bir alt kata çok gürültü geliyordu."
