Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
Minimum age to book is 25 years old
No Parties, events, corporate meetings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings etc

Guest will need to complete and sign a rental agreement, picture ID, and agree to adhere to Anaheim City Short Term Rental Ordinance including mandatory City quiet hours of 10:00pm to 9:00am. Pool, front and backyard, game room/garage are closed during quiet hours.

Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property. They are not actively monitored. They are only present to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements prior to being granted access to property.

Maximum 4 vehicles- driveway only. 4 standard size side by side tandem parking. Must not encroach unto street. No street parking. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
