Downtown Los Angeles is only 30 miles away.

The property was family friendly. The nearby pools, hot tub and playground were a very nice feature. Externally, the complex needs a little maintenance, but internally very comfortable. As mentioned in other comments, the carpet shows signs of frequent use, but understandable The location was great and about a 30 minute walk, passing through Downtown Disney. If not needing to rent a stroller or wheelchair, time could probably be saved if going to Disneyland park, using the monorail. Disneyland fireworks are easily observed from the property at night. We really enjoyed our visit!

We loved staying in this cute condo! The walk to Disneyland wasn't too far, the beds were comfortable & it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day at the parks.
Great stay with enough room for 3 adults and 3 kids. The nearness to Disneyland was what attracted us to it of course, and was worth it for that. We learned it may be a little too far for some but close enough for me to drop them off and walk over after.
Overall we enjoyed the stay. The location/proximity was great for us. There was some kind of warer issue and the water was shut off for several hours one day making using the restroom impossible
We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney and it did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the accommodations were comfortable. It took us 20-25 minutes to reach the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. The property was very clean, but could use new carpet and the paint could be touched up in some areas. The process from booking to check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!
This property was great for our family of 6. Just a short walk to Disneyland. Very quiet subdivision. It was great to have access to the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.
Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids.
We are so glad we stayed here for our Disney vacation! The proximity to Downtown Disney, and walking distance made getting to the parks each day a breeze. The condo itself is very comfortable. The kitchen amenities and proximity to groceries allowed us to have breakfast before starting our day. The patio, and the calm, quiet complex gave us a nice spot to relax and decompress after a busy day of Disneying. Contact with the owner was very simple. Overall, a great experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again, if the opportunity arises

Pros:
-Close to Disneyland. Easily walkable. Took us about 20 min to get to the park, 10 min to Downtown Disney.
-Clean
-Enclosed 1 car garage plus dedicated parking space
-Clean
-Quiet area
Cons:
-Has been well used and needs some general maintenance (new carpet, fixing damage in walls)
-Pool and hot tub not accessable due to change in locks. Called to get access but was suggested to ask someone in the pool area to let us in. Not a good solution.
-Water pressure in showers is very weak
Overall, a very good place to stay. We enjoyed our time there despite the few cons. Would stay there again.

Disney condo
Close to Disneyland. Older condo starting to show its age. Needs paint and carpet cleaning. No face cloths or dish rags supplied. I sent a message and was told they don’t supply face cloths. Even the cheap motels supply them!!! We left a stroller behind as they didn’t supply one and found 3 in the garage. But no info on the listing. The outdoor furniture cushions were filthy. But the complex is safe and quiet the pool is great as well as the playground. Was nice to have a place to cook and come to for a break from Disneyland. It just needs some tlc .
We chose this condo as we had previously stayed in this condo complex on our last family vacation to Disneyland and loved all the convivences it had to offer. The complex is an easy walk to Disneyland with a nice pool and hot tub to share. This condo itself has been renovate many years ago, as well as all the appliances have been updated, but years ago. The condo itself had very comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. The carpet absolutely needs to be replaced, it is very dirty and it is also coming apart in several areas, so you need to be mindful not to step on some open spots with staples. Could use some window coverings in the living room and dining area. We stayed back to rest one day and the beating sun makes the condo very warm and hard to relax and watch tv or a movie. The ceiling fan in the living room was also not working, stated it would be repaired next week with a date on it from Sept. The tipping point for us staying 9 days was the supplies they did not supply us (not our first VBRO for a 9 day vacation). We had to supply our own toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish washer soap, etc. They did supply 1 pod for the washing machine in order to put the bedding in on the day we left. NO dishcloths to wipe anything down. . Very hard to keep things neat and tidy for 9 days when they offer no help in accomplishing that. For the price we paid to rent this condo I would never stay here again and I also would never recommend staying at this condo for this price.
The amenities and proximity to the Disneyland park were top-notch. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Will definitely stay again when we plan our next trip.

Nice place, great location.
Exterior siding looks like it is past its useful life. But interior is good/great.
Garage is closer than parking space, so I recommend finding that before unloading.
Location is great.
Easy walking distance to Disneyland with a close garage parking space.
The accommodations were nice and updated.
Communicating with the manager was smooth.

This was a great condo for our family of 5. It's just around the corner from Disneyland parking garages and took us less than 5 minutes door to door. Condo was extremely clean & in excellent condition. They even had a pack and play and high chair if you are traveling with young children!
