    The completely renovated interior features a gleaming kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large TV, and luxurious marble and custom tile in the bathrooms. Special sound-absorbing insulation in the walls ensures quiet privacy. A main bedroom with a California king bed, a second bedroom sleeping four, and a pull-out sleeper sofa allow you to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests.

    Set in the heart of all the Disney magic, you are just steps from Disneyland, California Adventures, and Downtown Disney. Anaheim also offers great dining options, shopping, and activities. In addition, you are conveniently located to Knott's, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Legoland, Sea World, and world-famous beaches. You are close enough to Disneyland to hear the whistle of the Disneyland Railroad and watch the fireworks light the sky over the park each night!

    Large sliding glass doors fill the space with light, opening to a beautiful and very private patio with comfortable seating, a Weber grill, and a dining table for alfresco meals.

    The main bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind - complete with a California king bed with a cooling gel memory foam mattress for extra comfort and high thread-count linens, as well as a flat-screen high-definition TV positioned to enjoy entertainment in bed. An en-suite bathroom is detailed with marble double vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower featuring a rainfall showerhead and eye-catching glass tile.

    The second bedroom is furnished with a high-definition TV with Blu-ray player and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle below. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination lined with subway tile. A half bath includes a full-size washer/dryer.

MUST Stay

Amazing very clean stay. 5 minute walk to Disneyland hotel. 15 min walk from front door to front gates. Very comfortable after a long day at parks.

10-15 minute walk to Monorail or parking lot trams - Not very walker-friendly route (that's Anaheim City and Disney's fault though..), but passable. Rooms were clean and quiet. Everything worked as expected.

Excellent location, close proximity to Disney. Having said that, there was a serious lack of amenities. Had to buy hand soap, Shampoo, conditioner. Throw pillows, blankets and rugs were dirty. Had to wash them all.

Great convenient location

Overall we had a great stay here. The location is so convenient for walking to Disneyland, entering through Downtown Disney. The space was very clean and nicely decorated with Disney decor. The master bedroom and bathroom were lovely. A few things provided that I didn't notice the listing: a toaster, a Keurig/drip coffee maker, an umbrella stroller, and access to a pool (we did not have time to use, so can't comment on it). The only cons were the sofa bed was too uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on, and communication is a bit slow compared to other property rentals I've stayed at in the past. All in all it was a great space and we would stay here again.

Rain rain go away

Overall a great stay and great location. It rained the first night that resulted in a leaky roof, right above the master bed. Contacted the property manager and we did get a return call from the maintenance person who said that there was nothing he could do since the property was privately owned. Rain went away and didn’t have a problem after that but hopefully the home owners fix the issue. Location was great! Walked to the parking garage pickup point and took the shuttle into the park. Easy peasy.

Property is 5 stars, Vacasa is 3 stars

At a 3.0 walk this property is 16 minutes door to entrance of the parks. The furniture is new and everything looks as pictured. Thanks to the strict noise policies it is dead quiet at night which is perfect for a tired family. The Vacasa team communication is disjointed. They need to have a single point of contact when issues arise. I was communicating with 5 different contacts, none of which knew what the other was saying. I have had excellent service from Vacasa in Oregon so this must be a local issue.

Great except for one thing….

Very clean; nicely decorated with the Disney theme; kitchen was small but worked well for our needs; great location; Staff communicated often and clearly; check in and check out process was simple; a delightful experience, except for one situation: The only negative was that one of the toilets and the dishwasher did not work. I was informed the day of arrival of this and told they would fix it the next day. Trouble getting parts delayed that and they were never able to get the 3rd toilet working the entire time we were there. The dishwasher wasn’t a huge deal but I did specifically book a 3-bathroom home for the dynamics of our group so that was VERY unfortunate.

Great property for Disney goers! Only a 15 minute walk to the parks. Also easy to catch an Uber if needed. We had on minor hiccups during early check in but the management company worked quickly to resolve it. Home was extremely clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

We booked a semi-last minute trip to Disney and we were so lucky this unit was available! We had stayed in a different unit within this community before (different property management co) and this one was so much better!! The property was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with one of the showers clogging and the management and communication was so simple and response was top notch! We will absolutely be back! Only one small complaint - the kitchen is not stocked very well, if you really plan on cooking much. No cutting boards, only one small frying pan (plenty of pots), etc. but we made due and it’s definitely not a deal breaker for a Disney rental, as we were in the park for most meals anyway. Thanks!!!

Adorable condo close to Disney

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Disney! It has been updated very nicely and the decor is great! I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. It's about a 4 minute walk to Downtown Disney and about a 10 minute walk to the park entrances.
