"We stayed 7 night in a modern room in the first floor. The view from the balcony and the wirelpool was stunning. We watched sunsets every night and enjoyed some cold drinks. "Séjour de 5 nuits, très bon emplacement, belle piscine. L’extérieur présente bien. Il n’y a cependant pas de parasol, dommage ! Concernant la chambre, il y a un petit balcon pour prendre le petit déjeuner ( acheté par nos soins à la supérette, car pas proposé par l hôtelier). Cependant quelques points négatifs : manque de confort dans la salle de bains ( meuble sous le lavabo prêt à tomber avec le lavabo, rideau de douche très limite…). "Great space, walkable to Fira, has a shop across the road where you can get drinks, snacks and souvenirs Has the best sunset views so no need to travel. My only thing would be it needs an umbrella or some sort of shade option for the balcony/pool area. Also the pool was not inviting and didn’t feel nice to sit in with all the peeling paint. This was a real let down for the money that we paid "

"Wonderful Stay and a Perfect Location in Santorini! I had a wonderful stay at Santorini Palace and truly enjoyed my experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect place to relax between exploring different parts of the island. I was placed in one of the modern rooms and I loved it! You have a private outdoor area and your own pool, shared with maybe like 10 other rooms or less. The intimate area is much smaller than the general pool area. I enjoyed spending time relaxing by the pool. Starting my mornings with breakfast was lovely, the staff in Greece are truly the kindest and sweetest people. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, and I appreciated having such a comfortable place to return to after long days of exploring Santorini. The location was also excellent. I was able to easily walk into Fira and Firostefani, explore the surrounding areas, enjoy restaurants and nightlife, and access transportation to other parts of the island. Also, there’s a delicious authentic taverna next door, I highly recommend, Taverna Simos. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I always felt comfortable traveling and staying here as a solo traveler. From the concierge who provided all of the suggested places to visits, things to do, to the rest of the staff being very accommodating. Overall, Santorini Palace was a wonderful home base for my time in Santorini. I would absolutely recommend Santorini Palace."

"The breakfast was phenomenal! This is what made this hotel a 5 star hotel. The facilities and surroundings were also beautiful and very clean. Amazing views and great location---walking distance to all the tourist areas and restaurants. The spa was beautiful as well. However, the actual suite was quite small and the bathroom was a 4 star at most. The rain shower head did not distribute equal amounts of water. The housekeeping staff was not very good at refilling toiletries. The white towels looked quite old. They were not soft and looked a bit greyish in colour."

"Séjour parfait à cet hôtel!! Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant. Ils nous ont même organisé un transfert à l’aéroport avec une boîte déjeuner à apporter le matin de notre départ. Bien situé sur l’île de Santorini à proximité de tout et avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. Le buffet déjeuner est varié et très bon. J’y retournerais sans hésiter!!"
