We had an excellent vacation at Casa Frati. The room was pretty and very clean. The complex is beautiful, the staff is so so nice and helpful. It is very quiet and calm at night, we slept so well! The pool is at the perfect température with confortable beach chairs. Just across we had access to the beach, the restaurant, a bar, all excellent!! We truly had a great time!

This property was well maintained and beautiful. Elena from the front desk was very nice and helpful. Pool was clean. Beach is across the street. The sand is black and the water is beautiful. Breakfast included. Another restaurant across the street before the beach. Good food and cold drinks. Ask for Alex for for great service at I Frati.

Very helpful reception staff. Lift transfers organised. Beautiful room, we stayed in the apartment next to the main building, easy use of pool and room was serviced. Delicious breakfast included. Beach club staff very attentive. Would definitely come again.

For such a reasonable price, the property and its staff were top notch. It was right next to the beach, the stay comes with delicious breakfast, and the locations had many restaurants to choose from. Erjona and Elena went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Casa Frati was perfection from start to end! We were met by the lovely Eleni who was so welcoming showing us around then allowing us to enjoy a complimentary cocktail while our bags were taken to the room, the room was really nice with a stunning view of the sea and a lovely walk in shower. The bed and pillows were very comfy and rooms were cleaned daily, we slept well and felt very rested each day. Eleni was super helpful even before we arrived Eleni effortlessly arranged a transfer to collect us from the airport who was waiting for us when we arrived and she went above and beyond every day to make our stay the best experience which it really was. We cannot express the friendliness and level of customer service we received at Casa Frati from Eleni to the wonderful ladies that clean the rooms daily, to the great people at Ifrati where we had a stunning breakfast each day, thank you all so much! We had the best holiday and left with great memories we will cherish! With special thanks to Eleni for making our stay so relaxing and stress free helping us make the most of our stay, we will miss you smiling face greeting us each day.

We had a wonderful two-week stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very clean, and in a great location for exploring the island. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly lovely, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our holiday. From the moment we arrived, we felt well looked after. Instead of a standard check-in, we were given a short tour of the property, a welcome drink, and a list of recommended places to visit around the island. It was such a thoughtful touch and really turned the check-in into an experience rather than just a formality. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and serviced to a high standard every day. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. The breakfast was always fresh, with generous portions and excellent quality ingredients. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to offer a little more variety for guests staying for longer periods, as after two weeks the selection became a bit repetitive. However, everything was consistently delicious and well prepared, so this certainly didn't take away from our overall experience. We had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. A big thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so memorable!

La struttura è piccolina ma molto carina., Proprio fronte spiaggia, 20 metri dal mare. L'unico appunto che posso fare è che avendo prenotato una Super Suite con vasca idromassaggio mi aspettavo una stanza ed un bagno molto ampi invece il bagno era da 2 mq..( non scherzo) più piccolo di quello di una cabina di una nave da crociera. Tutto sommato comunque buona anche la prima colazione sebbene con poche scelte di cibi dolci. Struttura consigliata. Serve la macchina per muoversi in quanto non si trova in un centro abitato ma su un lungomare dove ci sono però un sacco di localiu e ristoranti dove mangiare.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Wir waren gemeinsam als Paar hier und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer war groß, modern und sehr sauber – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir auch vom tollen Pool, der perfekt zum Entspannen war. Ein großes Lob geht außerdem an das gesamte Team: Alle Angestellten waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
