"Wrong room was reserved. Staff sent up a rollaway with 12 pillowcases. No toilet paper in bathroom. The breakfast room was crowded with people, taking an abundance of items each "

"Clean Room and all, but the elevator was not working. Had to carry four luggage and backpacks up two staircases at 1 am as we were exhausted from driving. No help was provided. The breakfast section was under the basement level and didn't have much options. Just eggs and bacon, no vegan protein options. "

"My stay was good until the am arrived and the housekeeping team continuously keep slamming doors while cleaning the rooms! As soon as I will call back to sleep, I would jump out of my sleep with fear due to the slamming of doors! I have trouble sleeping at night, mostly early morning hours I will finally be able to sleep. So of course, once I can get a good sound of sleep I’m glad. But there is a problem when people are slamming doors that can wake up the nation!"

"Horrific smell in the hotel room, dead cockroaches and stains on the towel . Said it was a non smoking hotel and the hallways smelt like cigarettes."

"Pros: Front desk person was nice, room was clean, bed comfortable, and they had a bare bones breakfast. Cons: Entire place smelled disgusting. Reaked of pot and cigraette smoke. No way to get that smell out of the nonsmoking room I was in, and it made my clothes reak of it too. Which is embarrassing given I don’t smoke or do any THC products. I have a photo of the fact that they put a plastic covering over the smoke detectors too, which is sketchy and franky seems illegal. At around 0530AM I was awakened Sat morning by the most insane domestic disturbance I have ever heard. Two people, a male and a female, yelled loudly for about 1 hour. Thought there was going to be gunshots next with how terrible it sounded. It didn’t feel safe. Never ever want to go back, which is sad. It is clear that they do try to keep it clean, but these type of things just makes it not ideal for someone to stay over and get any degree of rest. "

"I would strongly advise future customers to stay away from this option. We arrived in town for a funeral and were met with a filthy, disgusting lobby area that does NOT reflect what was shown in the photos. It smelled like chemicals, but that was an attempt to cover up the intense smell of smoke. We got to the room, which could barely fit two people in it at one time, and there was no functioning heat in 30 degree temperatures. Upon letting the only working staff member know, he brought in a space heater, which made the electricity in the entire building go out. When I asked if I could please have a refund so that I may take my two children to a different local hotel, I was given a phone number that I called about 30 time that no one would answer. This place is an absolute nightmare and I would urge others to look elsewhere. "

"Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great property. We didn’t make it to the breakfast area in the morning so I can’t comment on that but there was always cold water available which I appreciated. "

"My favorite part of staying at this hotel was Ashley who worked at the front desk. She was just wonderful."
