"Superb, from the hotel staff, the location, the variety buffet menu at the Lime restaurant for breakfast, everything is excellent. I definitely recommend the Four Points by Sheraton Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya to anyone & I definitely will be staying here again in the future. Thank you for the excellent service"

"Nice place but too many irritating distractions: 1. Breakfast was a disappointment. I tried to get breakfast included. Couldn’t do it! Emailed hotel and Expedia, no response. Ended up paying 2 x the price next morning because I did not make the appropriate booking 2. Cable tv was a problem. Promised tekkie did not make it to our room. We just put up with it. 3. Could not buy a cup of coffee without also buying breakfast. 4. Not the same Ascott as I am used to in Jakarta. "

"I stayed one night at this hotel to rest after a long journey from Melbourne to Denpasar, and then on to Surabaya. The staff were friendly and the food was average. However, I was disappointed to find that my room and bathroom were quite dusty. I hope the management can take this feedback into consideration and improve the cleanliness of the rooms. With better attention to this area, I would consider staying again in the future."
