"Dålig städning, kan inte dammsugits många gånger. TVn-lösningen fungerade inte. Fick inte duschmatta 1-2 dagar. Väldigt ojämn värme på duschvattnet, ena stunden skållhett och andra stunden iskallt. I princip alla handspritsautomater var tomma som stod överallt på hotellet. Begränsat utbud på frukosten. Ta inte den dyra middagsbuffen om du inte kan/ska äta mycket. Personalen verkar helt oengagerade och ointresserade, totalt passiva. Totalt sett mycket sämre sedan Skistar tagit över hotellet. "

"Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi bodde i Nordtunet 2. Hytten trenger oppgradering. Det var to kokeplater som fungerte svært dårlig, brukte 30 min på å steke en pølse. Veldig lytt mellom badet og rommet ved siden. Hodeputene var for litt for tykke. Pluss for god liggekomfort i de to enkeltstående sengene. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, men vil da heller velge en av de oppussende leilighetene eller selve hotellet (evt en oppusset hytte). "
