"Hot tub is permanently out of service but otherwise the pool area is nice. Great breakfast buffet at a great price (not included with stay). The staff was very helpful. Great location. Just be advised: pineapples on all the entrance doors and a very “friendly” bunch of guests hanging in the pool (if you know, you know haha)."

"The hotel was fine. Standard room, good size, good bed. A/C worked great. Had dinner at the Bistro and that was very good, with a great wait staff. The only issues were shower temperature was not steady and the water pressure was low. Also, there were only 2 elevators for the hotel section, and one was out of order. The remaining one was very slow. I found out the next day that the employee's service elevator was also having issues, so they had to use the customer elevators. That accounted for the slow service. Otherwise, we had a good time and would consider returning."
