"The place is going through renovations. The placement of materials was within hallways and just messy Most of all, we were first given a room with torn rugs, possibly partially renovated I did not accept. The clerk helped get us in an acceptable room for one night. Included breakfast in the morning didn’t include eggs or most of the foods one would expect. Never again."

Front desk didn’t advise there’s a charge for parking upon check in. Normally this disclosed upon check in so guests are aware, not just charge the credit card on file without notice. Room had dust hanging from the ceilings. "

"We asked for a smoke-free room, but it smelled like smoke. The front desk gave us a spray, hoping it would help. The bathtub took forever to drain when showering, and the sink was also clogged. The TV wasn't working, and the telephone receiver was broken. We asked to switch rooms, but they said they were all booked. Thank God it was just one night! Never again! We need our money back!!"
