The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, and the location made it easy for us to enjoy our time in Oaxaca. We truly appreciated the wonderful service and the care shown by the entire team. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. "The ambiance is great. The food at the restaurant is fabulous. Everything we ate was great. They regularly showcase Oaxacan artists. Every two months, apparently. The place is very clean. They also have a free shuttle that takes you downtown, as the hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from the center. The staff is very responsive to your needs. They are dialed in. The only downside was the quality of the WIFI. This may have more to do with the surrounding area and not the hotel. There were work crews in the neighborhood attending to the matter."

Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time."
