Very good - important to get access code before arrival otherwise you cant reach reception on 1st floor. Clean - nice area. Street parking not too difficult.

Plenty of e-mails about my visit but once I turned up couldn’t get to reception as it’s a locked door and no way to contact reception on 1st floor as phone number didn’t work and no instructions in English to ring the bell. Had to wait to be let in by someone else. Smell on the floor but the room itself was clean. Pillows were very soft and aircon in room would be ideal. Breakfast was expensive for what was provided. Very noisy in room

Double beds are faked advertised
The apparthotel is fake advertising double beds. They do not have double beds available in the entire building. What they have are 2 single beds one next to each other with drapes for a double bed over the 2 mattresses. Apparently there is a zipper that has to bring them together, however the distance between the mattress is al least 3 cm (1.5 inches) imagine your back pain!!!! I asked the manager to home me something to put on top like that I won’t feel it his answer was right way. And he was gone and me I didn’t had anything even if I stayed there for 1 week. If you are looking for a single bed is ok but if you want a double bed look for a different hotel.
Single beds with double drapes in their book is a boy le bed!!!!

Bien vérifier que le ménage a été correctement fait (ou fait tout court d'ailleurs) avant de relouer la chambre. Il restait une bouteille de champagne dans le frigo ( dommage elle était ouverte, quasi vide et là depuis très longtemps)

Fun in Amiens under exceptional circumstances
Great amenities. The kitchen and implements provided were excellent for a cooked meal due to covid-19. Dishwasher was great as no washing up required. A kettle would have been great. Very close to train station and room were decent size. and very clean.

It was nice and central - a short walk from the cathedral and quayside restaurants so a very nice location. The property itself was smart enough, the shape of the main bedroom was aesthetically pleasing and the view excellent.

Good location and facilities.
Friendly staff and adequate rooms with more facilities than we needed and a good shower. Good location and good view from city facing windows. WiFi Worked well. The room was uncomfortably hot overnight (no A/C)- but probably only an issue as there was a heatwave! Good breakfast- but why are the plates so tiny!!

When arrived had to telephone to get in, the lady although nice couldn’t speak English and couldn’t find my reservation after half hour of waiting outside late at night with two small children finally managed to get in and got the key card from drop safe as property is completely not staffed yet wasn’t told how to open the door once inside was hit by thee most vile smell of excrement and drains literally took our breath away and had leave door open to air out. Again had to ring and was told nothing she could do and would have speak to someone tomorrow I rang back saying I really can’t stay here and was eventually offered a room but didn’t have enough beds so had to stay in the original room as was now past 1am and if couldn’t be any worse there was not a double bed as booked to singles and a sofa meaning we couldn’t sleep how we would like to as one child is only three months old. Can not say how disgusted I am with this absaloute rip off complete scam

To get an apartment with good amounts of space for the price of a budget hotel in the same vicinity was a real plus, and to find that it was very new and therefore immaculate was better still. A little disappointing not to have been made aware of the fact that there were significant roadworks going on in the immediate vicinity and hence the inherent parking difficulties of this location (also not made clear) were exacerbated. That said, staff were very helpful with advice on times for free street parking, locus for large local pay car parks, etc, and if you were out between 0900 and 1900 it was generally possible to find a space on the street (free of charge) overnight. The biggest issue was finding somewhere to park for booking in and luggage transfer. The only other issue was that it seems a little incongruous for an apartment not to have a single chair in which to relax: there were a couple of kitchen chairs but no comfortable chair in the living/bedroom despite there being ample space. But for this it would merit 9/10 (not 10 because of the transport/access), however it fully merits 8/10 at the price. I'd definitely stay there again.

The room was grey and dreary with not even broke up with any pictures. The cutlery provided was mismatched and wasn’t even enough basics for the 3 of us. The bathroom floor tiles were dirty and covered in calcite. No housekeeping ie clean towels for 3 nights. Couldn’t have done anything about the works on the road and pavement outside but advance notice would have been a nice courtesy

The reception is on the 1st floor, but you must get through the ground floor entrance which requires a password that you get from the reception...catch 22! After waiting for someone to arrive or leave to get us in it was then fine. The appartments are spacious but sparsely furnished. On the plus side we were on the 10th floor with great views. Plenty hot water and the bed was comfortable.

we were advised we could reserve a parking space which we requested but when we arrived there was only parking on the main street which was choc a block with cars and no way of turning round. No parking was available at all!

Stayed for one night, following an earlier stay. This room was the smallest of all of the apartments, and had a couple of broken tiles in the kitchen. The bed was very hard and only one pillow per guest, with no available spares. The room also had very limited and slow WiFi. The location is perfect for a stay in Amiens with everything being in good walking distance. There is a kitchen in the room which allows for basic stovetop cooking, and with a supermarket just at the station, it was nice to eat a few meals ‘in’. Unless breakfast is automatically included I would not recommend the €8.50 breakfast.

Good sized room with a decent amount of space. Breakfast was also quite nice. Good central location with easy walk to riverside restaurants and nearby cathedral. As this was an apartment you also had options to cook for yourself and a fridge. Didn’t need it for one night but you could definitely stay here Buckey for a couple of days and cater for yourself. Overall pretty good.

Another great stopover
Fourth time we have stayed here. Great for an overnight stop as easy to find and close to restaraunts. Don't miss the light show on the Cathedral at 10.30 pm it's well worth waiting for.

Receptionist was rude. The hotel looked OK from outside, but very old on inside. Needed painting, needed new carpet, security lights on our floor didn’t work properly so it was so dark finding our room at end of long hallway. We looked out to a noisey building & had to keep our window closed, which made the room hot - no air conditioner either in mid summer! There was a dirty used towel on the bathroom floor!! Disgusting! The shower floor was badly cracked! and had no door! The bed was like a futon and not placed conveniently in room.

The 2 bedroom apartment was large. However, both bathrooms smelled of sewage. The toilet seat in one bathroom was not connected to the toilet. The internet is great and the hotel it is centrally located. I would not come back though.

New building in a handy location. Convenient to for travelling to the Somme battlefields by road. A comfortable room with a small kitchen. Close to riverbank restaurants and the train station. .
