Top Amherst Hotel Reviews

Holiday Inn Express Chelmsford by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Great place to stay. Good parking, friendly staff, very quiet. Only bad thing to say was the breakfast was subpar. Eggs were OK, the sausage looked awful. They were out of a lot of items."

Garner Hotel Londonderry - Manchester by IHG

8/10 Good

"Had an ‘ accessible’ room. ( I did not realize had booked that way) there were 4 coat hangers, 1 bedside drawer, 2 wedding goers. Not ideal, I see the space needed for wheelchair, but I imagine even they have clothes to put away somewhere. Also, the accommodating amenities, like inside tub, are not being cleaned as well as should, there was molds in the wooden seat in the hard to reach places it touched the tub itself- gotta clean the side edges, too. Microwave nearly burned through cup on coffee reheat in under one minute. Someone will eventually have an issue there, I was lucky. Maybe a notice of caution? Staff were pleasant"

10/10 Excellent

"The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, my friends and I had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The private location on the lake was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It was exactly the kind of setting we were hoping for.The host was very responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful lake getaway! One note: watch your head going up and down the stairs!"
