"The breakfast was horrible. One two three check-in but I was given a room on the first floor…it smelled like pure cigarettes. So I went back to the front desk…staff immediately switched my room to the second floor, which was a little better. Very polite staff! Would I stay there again?…probably not! "

"First floor was under construction. They set off the fire alarms at 8 am Saturday morning. Work men all over the hallways. When we arrived they didn’t have the room we reserved with a king bed. Told us they only had a room with queen beds. We were not happy. The receptionist told us the guest laundry was closed and offered no alternatives. The receptionist the following day gave us a preprinted sheet with local laundromats."

"Had to wait for the person to check us in at desk. When we got to room, shower had large blob of black hair in drain. Dishes were in the dishwasher and were still dirty. We had to wash all by hand. We needed garbage bag for garbage can and girl at front desk told us they did not have any. Coffee that was available was very good. When we wanted to check out no one was at front desk. I called out and waited about 15 minutes but had to leave. I left our cards and room assignment envelope on the desk. This place needs a little more TLC and staff that actually is at the desk when needed."

"Almost every outlet in our rooms was covered by tape. Elevators are nightmare fuel with the shaking and rattling and horror-movie-esque hum. Heat/AC made a rattling squeak all night too"

"The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room."
