The house is very clean, 3 levels if you have elder people there is a room on the main level coming in from the garage which is good… the kitchen and family room are in the middle the rest of the rooms upstairs, great for multiple families!

This was the perfect size and location property for my family to get together for visiting. The giant open concept living room, kitchen and dining fit my large group wonderfully. The neighborhood was gorgeous, family and dog friendly. We enjoyed the park and pool all weekend. The host communicated fast and we felt like we had all the items we needed to comfortably stay in this townhome. A nice touch was the baby gates at both stairs. That came in handy for both babies and our dogs!

Impeccably clean and well appointed. Host provided extremely clear and easy check in and check out instructions. Loved having access to designated parking and a washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and the home had everything we needed and more! Plenty of towels, bedding, pillows. Fans in every room. Great location, 40 mins to Salt Lake City. 1 hour to ski areas such as Brighton. Would definitely book again.

We came to Utah for my MIL 90th bday- this was the perfect location for us to get to all the celebrations. The place was clean. Easy access. We parked 2 cars in the garage with no problem, they were reg size cars not SUVS.

Clean, comfortable townhome. Mattresses are comfortable. It was centrally located. Parking is difficult if you don’t use the garage. We drove our full size Ram and were much too big to fit in it. If we stay here again, we'd bring our smaller vehicle.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely responsive and respectful, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The home itself was brand new, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout felt spacious and welcoming for our family. One of the highlights was the playground, which our kids loved and gave them a perfect spot to play. Everything was just as described (if not better), and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay.

Brand new place, clean and safe neighborhood! The house was hard to find as there are no numbers outside, we just had to guess where and which one. Google helped out. Everything is clean and well put together. One lamp wasn't working, maybe faulty bulb? Beds were good, pillows a little large but everything new. Would stay here again no problem!

New property and it has everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. We ended up having a guest with a baby and they had everything stocked for a baby too! Crib, high chair, baby utensils/plates and baby gates. It was a comfortable set up. Beds were comfortable. Twin beds were very soft but no complaints. Queen bed upstairs had some blood stains on the sheets. They were clean but stained. But now that the owner is aware I would assume they would replace those. King bed and other queen bed were very comfortable as well. We wouldn’t hesitate staying again!

Place was very clean & comfy. There were 6 of us for most of the stay & had plenty of room. We've stayed in many local places in the past year, this is one we would absolutely book again. I do a lot of cooking & love a gas stove! There were plenty of dishes, baking dishes & pans, cutting boards & small appliances. The only things missing were a mixer of some kind & a chopper/processor, though a blender made a good sub. My son practically cried when he saw the air fryer lol. That said, bring your own plastic wrap & foil, spices, s&p etc if you plan on needing it. The pans are the thinner type with plastic handles, they'll do the job for most things. But if you plan on cooking things that need a thicker quality pan, or that are finished in the oven bring your own. There's a big pantry to store any food you bring, loved that! The AC worked great for the most part. When it got super hot outside we couldnt seem to get it to go lower, but its a big place. & we're from MT, we're not used to the heat this early lol. A fan would be great just for air movement. We were only given 3 washcloths for 6 people. Not ideal but we made do. Theres a grill in the garage, looked pretty small for how many of us there were. But I'm used to our regular sized one, I'm sure itd have been ok. we were lazy so decided not to use it lol. Looked like pickleball stuff too. Overall it was a great place & we enjoyed ourselves. BTW, Amazon COULD NOT FIND THE PLACE!! Though Walmart had zero problems.

Fantastic property. We were traveling with a family group for a wedding, the floor plan was perfect as every adult had their own space. The community areas like the kitchen and living were also large and spacious so we didn't feel like we were crowding each other. We didn't have any issues with the rental the required assistance while we were there but afterwards I did reach out the owner and he was extremely kind and gracious. If we ever need to return to this area, I would 100% stay here again!
