This is a two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment that is 1057 sq. ft. It is located on the first floor, so NO stairs. There is one assigned covered parking space right in front of the apartment and then additional uncovered parking that is not assigned. There is a private patio attached to the apartment. Easy access to I-15, the major freeway to access all of the Salt Lake, Orem, Provo and American Fork area.

Clean, Comfortable, and Great Communication
We stayed at this property for a week and were very happy with it. It is as beautiful and as clean as it looks in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the parking spot is conveniently located just outside the unit. From start to finish, communication with the property manager was fast, clear, and detailed. A great rental with an added bonus of a beautiful view of the mountains.

This place is so clean! Professionally decorated. Covered parking. Access to nice gym and pool. Full kitchen and living room. Private patio. Kurig coffee maker and plenty of coffee. Brita water filter. Very comfortable beds. I'll be back for sure!

Great for Seniors
Not only was this space clean and well-supplied it was easy for my mom to use. There were no steps in and out of the apartment. The tub was easy to step in and out of for her. It was centrally located for our needs. Thank you for hosting our stay in Utah.
