A localização é perfeita, próximo a estação de metro e muitas facilidades da região, como uma padaria maravilhosa em frente. Recomendo de olhos fechados. O único ponto negativo é a falta de estacionamento para quem está de carro e a rua é bem difícil achar vaga."
