Service was wonderful from all the staff, convenient location being a short stroll to the nearest tram stop that takes you into town and runs regularly all day, highly recommend to get away from the world! "Perfect place for visitors with a car as parking is difficult in the old city. Wonderful to have bar and lovely small food dishes available all day and into evening. It was too cold to use the pool but a lovely area for hot days. Also the lift in this old building was very helpful for baggage and upper floors. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Choiseul, from the moment we checked in to the moment we drove away for the last time, the staff was top notch. They even set up a seating area for us in the terrace of our room so our friends from a neighboring room could join us for wine in the shadow of the Royal Chateau. Room #4 is the best!! And don’t stay here without eating at Le 36 - the food was amazing! Just a wonderful stay in Amboise. "

"The hotel is nice, clean and strategic. You could walk to St Michel for 1 hour. The owner is ver friendly and helpful. For those who come in after 8pm,make sure you call thm so they an leave you a key in the" mail boxes" in fron of the entrance/restaurant "

"This is a delightful property and the owners are personable and helpful. There is private off street parking. The location was excellent for walking the city. The continental breakfast was simple, but very nice. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "
