Only if you are looking for a quiet place away from the busy Hikkaduwa area! It is too loud for me :) for traffic, railways and nightlife it would be impossible to relax! For families, groups of friends or romantic couples: private villa near the first beach, just 7 minutes by Tukuk, OR SCOOTER.
Surrounded by the nature of coconut, mangoes and banana trees in the private garden for your privacy, swimming pool 7x height 3m-1.50mt and children's area, outdoor shower and barbecue area.
Airport transfers and tours.
The villa consists of an open space with lounge, dining room and TV area with TV, play station 2, hi-fi stereo and board games, a bedroom on the floor with direct access to the swimming pool, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Upstairs a double bedroom and another smaller bedroom, balcony facing the house and bathroom
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and have high quality "Memory Foam" mattresses. THE VILLA WILL REMAIN EXCLUSIVELY OF THE GUESTS WHO BOOK IT, THEREFORE THEY SHALL NOT SHARE THE SPACES WITH OTHER GUESTS OR GUARDIANS AND, AT LEAST, OWNER.
