The most friendly hotel ive stayed in during my months travelling in turkey. Great welcome and lovely to get a freshly made cheese omelette for breakfast on top of the usual cold buffet.Lovely heeitage builing next to the picturesque river. Perfect location in central amasya.

This family operated hotel in the old (and tourist) section of town is totally charming. Breakfast was delicious with omelettes cooked on the spot to order. This is a series of restored homes from the Ottoman era so be prepared to climb stairs. River view rooms are an unending series of action on and across the river. The family is generous and welcoming, ready to meet every need.

Excellent stay
It was a wonderful trip to Amasya ,I highly recommend this hotel for your stay . Hotel situated near the main attraction in the city and the breakfast was too delicious and the owner is very kind .

Old town inn run by a friendly owner
This inn is located right in the middle of old town. It is hard to find parking in this town, and I was skeptical I would be able to find a parking in the middle of old town, but they have a parking lot in front of the inn. The owner is very friendly and helpful. You can ask him about sights in town and restaurant recommendation. Room is not big and fancy, but comfortable with fridge, hot pot. I am glad I stayed, and cost performance is great.

Wow! Very cozy, clean room and with comfortable bed. The location is in the heart of the city and the building is part of old town, which gives me a nostalgic, vintage and sentimental taste. The breakfast is good. The staff and host are very friend. They helped me out of a lot of problems of traveling. Such a great value. Highly recommended!

We found this place overall ok. When we arrived we had to carry our three large suitcases upstairs ourselves as the property owner said he had a sore back and wasnt able to help. We also asked if we could have a late check out till about 12 or 1 pm which we were happy to pay for as we arrived quite late and he refused to help us out at all saying he had other guests arriving and he needed time to clean the room. The next morning we went down for breakfast at 8 am (hotel details said that breakfast was at 7.45am) to find that it wasnt ready. They apologised for running late so we waited about 30 mins to have breakfast prepared for us. While we were eating and talking between ourselves we were told we had to be quite as other guests were sleeping and there rooms were near the cafeteria where they were preparing breakfast. This was quite a bizarre comment as we were speaking in normal volume and i guess if this was an issue they should have breakfast time at 9 instead of 7.45. We found the owner of the place came across as someone that was acting like he was helping his guests out but was infact trying to benefit himself by trying take advantage of you. For example he “helped” us with a taxi service to the bus terminal specifically saying to the taxi driver not to charge my guests for than 30tl . We then asked another taxi how much they charged and he said no more that 20. We also got charged for two cups of tea and a soda as we were leaving Even though we were guests

hello, there has been a misunderstanding about moving the suitcases upstairs (staff error). We apologize for the breakfast has been waiting for half an hour bi. We do not fully understand what you mean by utilizing the taxi to the bus station. No taxi in Amasya charges less than 30 to go to the bus station. Bus station taxi owners are confused because you are not using the bus station taxi. Nevertheless, we apologize that you are a customer and you are right.

The hospitality and friendliness was superb. The room that was advertised as with courtyard view just opened up to the front patio off the street, so you couldn't open the window for lack of privacy.

Amasyada ziyagil
Güler yüz ilgi ve alaka anlaminda memnun kaldık eşimle. Tek gece olarak kaldık ama memnunuz. Kahvaltıda güzeldi. Ancak banyo çok dar bunu gözününde bulunduğun. Konaklayacaklara tavsiye olarak dağ manzarasını sevmiyolarsa eğer biraz fark vererek nehir manzaralı olanı seçsinler. Akşam nehrin karşısındaki cadde ışıl ışıl çok güzel oluyo. Balkonda ufak bi masada vardı ama biz hava çok soğuk olduğu için kullanamadık. Işıl ışıl caddeli nehir manzarası eşliğinde karşılıklı kahve vs içersiniz.

Otelin temizliği son derece iyiydi, kahvaltısı verilen ücrete göre yeterliydi. Girişte bize elma çayı ikram etmeleri çok hoştu. Tek sorun ses yalıtımı olmaması. Dışarısının ve diğer odaların sesi cok fazla duyuluyor. Öte yandan diğer konaklarda da bunun farklı olacağını sanmıyorum. Neyse ki gece herhangi bir sorun olmadı, uyumakta zorlanmadık. Güzel bir deneyimli, tesekkür ederiz, tekrar gelecek olursak tercih ederiz.

Mükemmel Hizmet
Harika bir hizmet aldık. Oda ve banyo çok temizdi ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak her şey vardı. (Terlik, şampuan, çay, kahve vb) Hava soğuktu o yüzden odanın ısıtması da gayet yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü çok yardımcıydı. Çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha gitsek yine burada konaklarım.

Konak konumu olarak da temizlik açısından da çok iyi ve temizdi.Personeli güler yüzlü ilgili ilk başta telefon ile yardımcı olmaya başladılar kapıda karşılayıp park konusunda yardımcı olmaları her şeyi ile tam puan aldılar benden.
